People benefit from Stress



         Stress can be beneficial by helping people develop the skills they need to cope with and adapt to new and potentially threatening situations throughout life. 

However, the beneficial aspects of stress diminish when it is severe enough to overwhelm a person's ability to take care of themselves and family. Using healthy ways to cope and getting the right care and support can put problems in perspective and help stressful feelings and symptoms subside.

Capability Test




               Other people tries to test our capability. Some of them take it personal and other take this as a challenge. Even how upset and nervous we are, we should be relax and think that whenever how difficult it is there will always be a solution.

Student Problem



               As a student i know that some of you can relate . Difficult projects to finished, deadlines to be meet and different fees to be pay. It's just part of our study and for me we should deal with this seriously. It's just one of my experience and I realize that doing it ahead of time would make us feel more better and it wont bother us.

New Chapter

         
 
              It is another year and still there are problems and challenges that we need to overcome. Just like me, I am a student and I'm facing the final stage of my study. Sometimes it bothers me specially when it comes to school fees and projects. We always try to find solutions and I admit that we need the help of other to lessen and to solve problem just like this. Our good relationship with those people around us is a great factor so that we can do things easier even how difficult and complicated it is.
