networks are one of the best tools to handle stress. It is very popular today
and all of us use this. We are having our connection with our friends and
family and we are able to socialize with them. With this, we can share thoughts
and feelings and it may help us to relieve some of our stressors. If we have
problems and stressors we should use this social network on its positive side
so that it can have good effects on us. We should know our limitations because
over used of this may also be the cause of our stress.
